1. Introduction
Welcome to Nerdy Bee ("we," "us," "our," or the "App"), an application available for download on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Chrome Web Store.
Nerdy Bee is designed to support education and should never be used to engage in or facilitate academic dishonesty.
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement"), along with all referenced documents, form a legally binding contract between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Nerdy Bee ("we," "us," "our," or the "App"). All related documents are expressly incorporated by reference.
Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App. By doing so, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement, which becomes effective from the moment you first download, install, or use the App.
If you do not accept this Agreement or disagree with any of its provisions, you are not permitted to access, download, install, or use the App. If you have already done so, you must promptly remove it from any device under your control.
2. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion and for any reason. Any changes will be communicated by updating the Agreement. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates. By continuing to use the App after the revised Agreement is posted, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
3. Apple app Store and Google Play distribution
- Apple App Store: If you obtained the App via the App Store, your purchases and use of the App are also governed by Apple’s terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for maintenance and support of the App unless required by law.
- Google Play Store: If you obtained the App via Google Play, your purchases and use are also governed by Google’s terms and policies. Google is not responsible for maintenance and support of the App unless required by law.
- These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Neither Apple nor Google is a party to these Terms.
4. Platform-specific notices
- Apple: To the extent any store terms apply, Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you if you obtained the App via the App Store. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Google: To the extent any store terms apply, Google and its affiliates are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you if you obtained the App via Google Play. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may be entitled to a refund from Google in accordance with its policies.
